Ranks
Five player ranks earned by hours played, plus the staff hierarchy. What each rank unlocks and how the auto-promotion works.
Sunday Market has five player ranks earned automatically by hours played, plus four staff ranks awarded manually. Higher ranks unlock more storage, more homes, more shops, longer death-recovery windows, and access to a few late-game tools. No rank removes anything from a lower rank — every tier is purely additive.
The player ladder

| Visitor | 0 (default) | gray |
| Member | 20 | green |
| Citizen | 100 | blue |
| Myth | 500 | purple |
| Legend | 1,000 (cap) | gold |

What this section covers
- Progression — the unlock table per rank, how auto-promotion works, what to expect at each tier
- Chat & prefixes — gradient name tags, hover cards, custom nicknames
- Region protection — the spawn protected zone and how protection works elsewhere
Inheritance
Each rank inherits everything from the rank below. So a Legend can use everything Visitor / Member / Citizen / Myth could use, plus Legend-only additions. Higher ranks never lose features — they only gain.
